About Kinethiq

Our Story

Kinethiq was founded by Drogan and Heidi after years of riding, coaching, and seeing how powerful indoor cycling can be with a shared community.

They wanted to build something that felt welcoming and grounded. A place where people could ride regularly, feel supported, and enjoy moving without feeling judged or overwhelmed.

That was the genesis of Kinethiq.

Our Approach

No matter your experience level, our classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible to everyone. All workouts can be completed on any stationary bike, whether you are riding at home or in the gym.

We believe fitness should fit into everyday life. That means classes that are clear, adaptable, and realistic to maintain.

Our focus is on steady progress, good coaching, and building confidence over time.

Our Classes

Live Online

Our live online classes offer a highly personal experience. Riders can interact with each other and the instructor in real time, creating a supportive and motivating group atmosphere.

On Demand

On-demand classes are available for days when live sessions do not work. You won't miss out! These classes allow you to train on your schedule whilst still feeling part of the action.

In Person

In-person classes take place at The Circle Gym and Spa and are streamed live online at the same time.

The studio has eight bikes, which allows for close instruction and a calm, focused atmosphere. Online riders join the same session, creating a shared experience across locations.

Kinethiq Class Concepts

Cadence

Cadence classes focus on building endurance, strength, and power on the bike. These music-driven sessions feature fun themes, motivating challenges and performance data throughout the ride.

Riders are encouraged to work at their own level.

Cadence classes suit a wide range of abilities and experience levels.

Cadence X

Cadence X is a data-focused class format designed for riders who enjoy structured training. Sessions are built around performance metrics such as power output and training zones.

Classes begin with FTP (Functional Threshold Power) testing to help personalise intensity levels. From there, rides are guided using watts, power zones, and targeted efforts.

Cadence X is ideal for riders who want measurable progress and a more analytical approach to training.
