Our Instructors

Kinethiq instructors don’t just lead classes, they guide riders through sessions that build confidence, understanding, and long term progress on the bike.

They create welcoming, energising environments that are genuinely fun. With great music, real connection, and coaching that still asks you to show up and do the work.

Every session is led with care and intention, so riders feel supported, challenged, and excited to keep coming back.
